2002年8月day after tomorrowのキーボーディストとしてデビュー。同年『日本レコード大賞』新人賞受賞。2003年には「Starry Heavens」を収録したシングル「moon gate」が21週にわたりオリコンウィークリーチャートにチャートインするロングヒットを記録。メンバー兼メインコンポーザーの1人としてシングル曲をはじめ数多くの作品の作曲を手がける。2005年8月、自分達の音楽について見つめ直すため活動を休止。その後、2006年からは楽曲制作と並行して新たな制作環境開拓のため、様々なオーディションやアジア圏の音楽シーン視察のために足を運ぶなど幅広い視野での音楽活動をスタート。その中で中国で発掘したアーティストに楽曲を提供、また東方神起に提供した楽曲が本国韓国でリリースされるなど、活躍の場を国内からアジアへと広げている。近年は自身が得意とするデジタルサウンドの楽曲をはじめ、R&Bや、斬新な展開の楽曲を制作、倖田來未、東方神起、中川翔子、TRFをはじめとする多くのアーティストへの楽曲提供を行うなど精力的な作家活動を続けている。

He debuted as the keyboardist of day after tomorrow in August 2002. The group won the Best New Artist of the Japan Record Award that same year. In 2003, their single “moon gate (including Starry Heavens)”stayed on the Oricon weekly chart for 21 weeks in a row. He produced many songs including singles as a member and the main composer of the group. In August 2005, the group took a break from work to reflect on their music. Since 2006, he has been active in the music industry in various ways such as holding auditions to develop new artists and visiting Asian countries to learn their music scenes etc. as well as producing music. He produced songs for an artist he discovered in China. Also he produced a song for Tohoshinki that was released in South Korea. His activities have been expanding from Japan to Asia. In recent years, he has been producing his signature cutting-edge digital sound tracks and R&B tracks for Kumi Koda, Tohoshinki, Shoko Nakagawa and TRF and many others.
